Wheelchair Warrior Workout | Jarrod Hahn
This is my home workout routine for days when I don't go to physical therapy. Almost two years post stroke, and I'm finally able to exercise all of my muscle groups without pain. I'm really excited to be working out regularly. I wish I could hit the weights, but it will be a few more months tillI get there.
Thanks to my caregiver, Mario, for perfecting this exercise routine with me. He's been a great help.

We were able to buy a used 2014 MV-1. It needs some work, but we are so pleased with the freedom Jarrod has to get around.

Of all the Zealots, this guy was the most frustrating. Always killed me no matter what! It was really satisfying to ambush him and beat him to death with my hammer.
